I remember the first patient I treated who had eczema so bad she’d been on cortisone creams for over 20 years and was coming to see me because they weren’t working any more. You can read all about her story here. She changed my life, and I hers, because she showed me what it felt like to heal such a debilitating problem when there was no hope left.

My passion for acne came about through my beautiful sister, which you can read about here. After watching her suffer for years, I finally took it upon myself to treat her, and the results were quicker and better than I’d ever expected to achieve. This is how I developed my method, The Clear Skin Formula™. To give her back her self confidence, and for her to feel like the beautiful woman she is once again… well, that opened a world of absolute commitment to helping more women fall in love with their skin again.

This commitment and passion has opened up so many avenues that I never envisioned, from product research and development to clinical education and mentoring for practitioners. The most is learnt and gained through the 1:1 care that I provide; my pricing is reflective of my experience, how sought after I am, and the reduced availability I have as a consultant.

Over the years, I’ve become sought after for my clinical expertise in skin and now focus a lot of my time on how to help more people when it comes to general education. I find myself now mostly in product development, clinical education and mentoring, and am so blessed to have been able to expand my team with trusted and highly trained practitioners to continue the 1:1 work I can no longer fit into my day. I work with my team to ensure your case is efficiently and effectively seen to; so when you see us here at The Acne & Eczema Clinic you not only have one brain on your case, but three!

So, what do we do differently?

I’ve created sought after systems and processes to be able to uncover the cause of the problem quickly, give realistic timeframes of treatment, provide outstanding education about why the problem is there and how we are going to fix it, and have long-lasting results because of this approach. Then, I expanded my team to include two amazingly skilled Naturopaths, and taught them how to do the same.

We look at everything from gut to hormones to diet to skincare. No stone is left unturned in our mission to help you understand your body, your skin and how to care for it.

Your skin is an expression of much more than you might know. It is the largest eliminatory organ, and is affected by our lymphatic system, liver, gut and microbiome, as well as the multitude of hormones that we have floating around at any given time as women.

You don’t have acne because of a lack of antibiotics, or a lack of hormone replacement therapy like the Pill. And, you don’t have eczema because of a lack of cortisone cream and antibiotics.
